If you work in one of our HQ Operations departments, you have the chance to develop a very broad understanding of the entire formwork business. The tasks vary from defining automation and digitalization driven commercial and industrial processes, to developing state-of-the-art business software and systems, to supporting and training the global branch network. All this is the basis for increasing efficiency along the entire customer process.
In Commercial Offices of our world-wide subsidiaries and branches, you work in close collaboration with the Sales team and the customer in order to handle the entire sales order and material return process. You are the customers' contact to handle all commercial and organizational requests.
As part of the Logistics team, you deal with the operational material demand planning and supply of all customer orders. You will also be responsible for branch inventory and supply management, freight costs management and stock optimization of our rental fleet. In close collaboration with our production plant in Austria, you will manage material purchases and material imports from the entire Doka network around the globe.
Finally, our Yard staff is responsible for all material handling in our warehouses. This includes first and foremost health and safety management. Also, accurate stock keeping is a pre-requisite for correct preparation and handling of all in- and ourbound shipments; and we have a meticulous repair and reconditioning process in place for returned items from our customers' job-sites - in high-end facilities, and with state-of-the-art tools.
