WeDevelop Spotlight is a learning initiative that covers precisely those topics that employees are working on at that time. The Learning & Development Team collects the needs, challenges and interests from employees all over the world and chooses one of these every month as the subject.
Then the Team produces podcasts, learning videos and online courses on the chosen subject and makes them available in our WeDevelop” Learning Management Center for all employees in the Umdasch Group.

However, management development also focuses on tailor-made learning content. Working closely with the Doka Leadership Team, managers can choose their training courses themselves and develop those competences that they currently need for their management duties. To achieve this, they can, for instance, use curated learning content on the learning platform and the personal support of Doka Leadership Coaches.
