This project involves a rectangular tunnel cross-section with haunched walls, built using the cut-and-cover method. After the Telfs western bypass has been completed, the tunnel-formwork unit will be moved to the Bruckhäusl cut-and-cover tunnel site, where it will be modified and used for another 84 concreting blocks.
