The Lubeca Jumpform is a high performance self-climbing platform used in the construction of concrete cores of high-rise buildings that secures fast, efficient and safe building progress utilised by all trades.

The powerful hydraulic rams secure an efficient use of cranage as the platform can also transport high payloads, including equipment containers and concrete placing booms, during climbing. The top deck is free of jacking masts and other mechanical obstacles, which protects all operational equipment from concrete spills and possibility of crane damage.
Prevents fall-hazard locations opening up during repositioning, as the entire platform is raised hydraulically in one lift

The Lubeca Jumpform is a modular formwork system for highrise cores. The entire platform is lifted hydraulically in only a few operational steps at the push of a button. For the repositioning procedure, long stroke heavy duty hydraulic rams are used, which allow for the system to climb from floor to floor in a continuous process to achieve fast progress.

Efficient building progress

Step 1 POURING STAGE:
The Jacking Beams and Shear Key Beams are resting in the Pockets left out in the previous casting section
The hydraulic rams are retracted
The rebar is installed, formwork is closed and the form ties are tightened
Pouring of the next section
Step 2 JUMPING STAGE:
Once the required concrete strength (15N/mm2) has been reached the form ties can be removed
The formwork panels are rolled back or dropped down as shown in the shop drawings
Pull the lift cylinder lever to start the jumping operation
The entire platform is lifted up as the hydraulic rams are extended
During this process the Jacking Beams are resting in the pockets of the previous casting section while the Shear Key Beams are climbed up
For the jumping sequence the placing boom is temporarily connected to the platform
Step 3 RETRACTING STAGE:
Once the Shear Key Beams are resting in their new position the hydraulic rams are retracted and pull up the Jacking beams into their new position

Installation of rebars
Closing of formwork panels and tightening of form ties
